Whatever the fuck that means. bottom line it is awesome.  Makes a great cold-brew coffee.  made a batch last night and …BAM!  it was a taste explosion!

Smooth? Hell ya.  Sweet?  Yes indeed! not sickeningly sweet but just enough to add balance to the nutty that is also not too overpowering.

I don’t see where they get the “floral high notes”.  it taste more fruity than floral.  but still, it makes a good cup of coffee.

I highly recommend it.
